In the vast majority of cases, this step only needs to be attempted once to be completed, however, there are always other underlying issues that may cause a delay at this step.
In short, if this step fails, check your information is correct during the verification step, then try once more.
It is highly recommended that this process be done by a super admin of the school's GSuite, if you are not a super administrator, it's possible another super administrator can grant you that role temporarily to complete this process.
Alternatively, complete the process alongside the super admin.
Before this happens, there should be another designated super administrator that has super administrator privileges.
If this is not the case, DIIT can be contacted to resolve this issue if the school's GSuite is enrolled in Parachute and cannot be administrated by a super administrator account.
If there is no other way to get administrative access to your G Suite, you'll have to use the 'admin no access' support form.

Please read the alert emails being sent out as they will have helpful information to resolve your issue that typically require you to login to Parachute again.
For both existing schools and new schools, enrolling into Parachute has zero impact on school administrators abilities within their school's GSuite and acts only as a safety net in the event access to GSuite is lost.
